I had ordered a coat from you for my pug, Elliot,
that fits him perfectly. I am purchasing a second
item is because we bought a heavy coat that
he so loves to wear that I am now going to get
something lighter for him to wear in the house.
He absolutely HATES
for us to remove his coat when we come in from
outside! In fact, he will often go over to the
hook where it is hanging and whine until I put
it on him... he acts so very, very proud whenever
he has it on!

Lucy is a schnoodle with three pug siblings. I bought them all pug snugglies (two blue, two pink) a few years back, but we moved to Hawaii and they didn't have the opportunity to wear them. Well, we just moved back to the Mainland. I had Lucy groomed so she would be cool in her carrier on the plane, but the short cut meant she was chilly once she got here. Fortunately, I remembered to pack her Pug Snuggly! She's not a pug, but a pug-at-heart and she loves her pugs and her Pug Snuggly!

We just got our Snuggly X-treme and Ruff Wear booties. The jacket fits like it was custom made for our little chubber . (We tried countless jackets on at several local pet stores and absolutely none fit. So glad we found your website.)
We live in downeast Maine and it’s been damp-cold and windy. To top that off, little pug paws don’t like (nor should they) the salty, sandy roads we have to walk on. With the Ruff Wear booties, no longer does Romeo pause mid-step to hold up a paw or walk on tippy toes.

I just want to thank you again for all your interest in our boys, and can't tell you how much we appreciate your products. Between the coats, the booties, and now the beanies, they are truly outfitted appropriately for the Chicago winter. The coats in particular have been fantastic as they are so easy to put on the boys plus are easy to wash. And the booties are surprisingly a big hit with the pugs. At first they really struggled to feel comfortable walking in them, but we persisted because there is so much salt in the neighborhood, and also the pavement is so cold that they'd occasionally lift their little paws for relief- it was heartbreaking! However, after some challenging attempts to get them on, and tight enough so they didn't fall off, we finally got it right and now they don't resist at all when we put the booties on because they know they are going to get an extra long walk without risk to their little paws! Its funny- McLovin actually takes off running when he's got them on- the treads give him extra speed! Thank you so much!

Hello!
I have been meaning to send photos of "the boys" sporting their Snugglies for a while now! I have had Pugs for 20 years, and these are---by far--- the best coats we've ever found! I could really use an XL, however. One of my Pugs had surgery for his elongated soft palate and cannot have anything too tight around his neck. He would do better with a little more neck room. Any plans to offer a size XL or to make the neck adjustable?
We are in the midst of a snowstorm and my boys are moving targets...Below are some photos from this morning, as well as a link to a slide show you might enjoy!

In the past my mom bought many coats at local pet shops that I couldn't or wouldn't wear. I can be very stubborn and whenever I saw one of those coats, I would run and hide in the back of my crate. After a struggle by all, I allowed my mom and dad to pry me loose and begin the ordeal of getting me into my coat. I would feel sorry for them and finally give in, but then proceed to rub against every available surface to remove the hated object.
Everything changed when my mom ordered my first Pug Snuggly. I now LOVE my coat and walks have become a pleasure for all of us.

Bandit and Snickers have never worn coats before - mostly because they didn't like them. They have worn these with absolutely NO problem. Bandit and Snickers are 12 year old litter mates and senior pugs, they are having some health issues. Bandit has hip displasia in both hips and earlier this fall, Snickers was diagnosed with a mass in her chest. I felt that good warm coats were extremely important this year. -- he doesn't mind me putting him in his coat
